HOLOGIC ThinPrep 2000

Thin Prep 2000 is a semi automated Liquid Based Cytology (LBC) system intended for pap testing of Gynecological and Non-Gynecological samples. The system is the only FDA approved system to detect glandular diseases and was the first to be approved for LBC. With the semi-automation capability of Thin Prep, all the limitations of the conventional PAP system have been powerfully standardized which tremendously increases the detection of abnormal cervical cells, cervical cancer, pre-cancerous lesions, atypical cells and all other cytological categories consistent with the BETHESDA System.

HOLOGIC Panther System

A fully automated and fully integrated Nucleic Acid Testing platform used for the detection of infectious agents such as HIV, HBV and HPV. It has the widest assay menu for either the qualitative and quantitative determination of infectious agents including the SARS CoV 2 with US FDA Emergency Use Authorization certification. This state of the art system uses the Transcription Medicated Amplification that allows the automation of all nucleic acid testing steps from sample pipetting, amplification and detection in a single module. It has the continuous loading capability for samples and reagents make the Panther system a walk-away system.
